A planned absence request must be received One week prior to planned absence and must be submitted for each student who will be absent.

Planned absences may be for any reason. The importance of one week (7 days advance notification) of any absence (outside of illness and family emergencies), is to allow teachers/monitors  time to prepare school work for your student.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please follow up with your teacher if you do not hear back to confirm receipt of your planned absence form.
